Good used metal bracket mount off a 2010 Peterbilt 386 truck with Cummins ISX 15 engine. Paccar part number is D11-6151. The bracket has some wear and tear on the backside with some paint chips peeling off. This bracket mount has 5 bolt holes that are in good condition.
